HND in Business Management (Top Up)

The part time, 18 month HND in Business Management will prepare you for a successful career in business by providing an understanding of key principles and practices in the industry. This pathway is suitable for those seeking a career in business or would like to progress within their current employment. The business pathways studied will include Accounting, Management, Marketing and Human Resources. Units studied will provide learners with key skills and knowledge desired by employers. Students will study a series of eight core units including: Business Environment, Managing Financial Resources and Decisions, Organisations and Behaviour, Marketing Principles Aspects of Contract and Negligence for Business, Business Decision, Making Business Strategy, Research Project. An additional eight optional units relevant to business management will also be covered. Students will study in college two and a half days a week over two years.
