Are there any entry requirements?
This course is ideal if you have some experience of pattern cutting and want to improve your skills. To enrol on this course at level 2 you will need to have a level 1 ABC: Pattern Cutting

What will I study?
Students will develop their creative skills by completing 4 out of 5 units, developing design with pattern cutting and advanced adaptation.

You will study the following units:

Creating pattern adaptation.
Pattern Cutting
Developing advanced patterns and lay plans
Producing patterns by modelling
Constructing basic blocks and patterns for children's wear
Constructing basic blocks for disproportionate figures
Grading methods

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of level 2 you could progress onto higher level courses in Art and Design.
