Description

You will need to have an HNC in hospitality and catering or an NVQ Level 4 in hospitality management (note: you may need to do extra units towards your HND if you are enrolling with an NVQ Level 4). Your tutor will advise you at interview. Course programme

What will I study on the course?

You will study a further 120 credits to add to those achieved on the Level 4 HNC making a minimum of 240 which may include conference and banqueting, management business health check, nutrition and diet and a research project.

Additional information

The course will last one year and will start in September or February. It is ran over one day per week, usually on a Thursday 3pm - 9pm.
