Prescription Training has published two workbooks providing the full Skills for Care Knowledge Set for Medication. These lead to a recognised and accredited (by the College of Pharmacy Practice) Certificate in Safe Handling of Medicines and Skills for Care Progress Log.

The rules around managing controlled drugs differ as do responsibilites for safe storage of medicines. This version contains extra information on giving medicines from blister packs (monitored doasge systems), and dealing with many of the challenges unique to providing support in the community.

This is a 60 page workbook.
