The Master of Science degree in Hospitality Business Management is available only under Plan B (without thesis). The program contains a core of functional courses in hospitality business and related disciplines. Course work is typically selected from the following disciplines: hospitality business; management; marketing; supply chain management; communications; advertising; labor and industrial relations; community, agriculture, recreation and resource studies; or other disciplines. Students must meet the prerequisites for all elective courses.
Complete 3 credits of hospitality business field study course work focusing on a project related to the student’s major approved by the student’s academic advisor.
Pass a final written comprehensive examination or evaluation.
