Course description This course is designed for students who want to work or who already work in the Hospitality Industry Front of House position i.e. a career that can range from hotels to restaurants to pubs and cruise ships. You will have the opportunity to work in a realistic working environment within the Colleges Waterside Brasserie Restaurant which is open to the public. You will learn to develop your knowledge and practical skills which will prepare you for employment and / or career progression in the Hospitality Industry including Hotels Restaurants Cafes Pubs and Clubs.
