Hot Stone Massage

What will the course cover?

• Introduction, history and rock formation
• Hygiene, health and safety
• Benefits & effects of using hot/cold stones
• Stones used in therapy & caring for stones
• Stone full body massage incorporating the use of both hot and cold stones
• Chakra balancing with crystals

What do I need to know before I start the course?

Students must hold a qualification in Anatomy and Physiology and body massage to attend this course. Please bring your certificates with you. Students must be 18+. Students are expected to work on each other so please wear a minimal make-up and make provisions to remove contact lenses. Please be aware that our courses are often mixed and not all training facilities have privacy screens. If you don’t feel comfortable with this and would prefer to attend a single-sex course, please contact the store before you make your booking and we can arrange this. We recommend you bring your lunch.

Will I need to bring any materials?

All students will receive a workbook to reinforce learning, along with products to use for the duration of the course.
