The JKU's six-semester Bachelor’s degree program in Human Medicine is carried out in partnership with the Medical University of Graz. Comprised of 180 ECTS credits, students complete the first two years of the program at the Medical University of Graz or at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz. The fifth and sixth semesters of the program will take place at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.

As a prospective physician, the joint Bachelor's degree program Human Medicine at the JKU Linz and the Medical University of Graz provides comprehensive and methodically top-quality fundamental education characterized by a broad medical education base, learning hands-on medical and communication skills, applying scientific approaches and acquiring modern insight in the area of patient care. In addition to professional skills, you will learn advanced social skills as well as how to be an effective part of a professional team consisting of colleagues, supervisors and medical professionals. In addition, you will work with patients right from the start. The academic focus lies in:
- Pathology
- Internal Medicine - Organ Systems
The curriculum focuses strongly on healthcare research.

Admission Procedure: Online pre-registration and passing a written entrance examination
Students who successfully complete the undergraduate degree program in Human Medicine can automatically enroll in the graduate degree program.
