Level Five This programme will help you develop your ability to evaluate the effectiveness of different HR models and practices, and increase your understanding of the external factors that impact upon HR activities and organisations. Whilst building expertise in your chosen HR specialist subjects, you'll also develop your planning, analytical and problem solving skills. It is suitable for either experienced HR professionals who are working in strategic/significant operational roles or for recently qualified graduates who have some relevant management experience.
