Overview At a glance The Human Services Quality Standards provide a nationally consistent statement of the level of care consumers should be able to expect from community care service organisations.  This free one hour course will provide an overview of each of the six Standards and outline their relevance to the consumer, organisational service staff and other relevant stakeholders.
