KG HypnoBirthing is the original UK HypnoBirthing Course which is designed for mothers in the UK. It is up-to-date with the latest evidence and research and constantly evolving as well, to ensure mothers they can benefit from the most recent knowledge out there! A KG HypnoBirthing Course not only equips you with the HypnoBirthing information, but uniquely gives you the knowledge to understand your options and the implications of the choices you make. As well as teaching you the techniques you need for a successful birth, it gives you the information to navigate the system in which you find yourself to achieve the best outcome for you and your baby. Some of the best benefits are:

The name HypnoBirthing is rather misleading I think, as it doesn't mean you will be under hypnoses, or in a trance or a sleep, as the name might suggest. As you are fully in control and relaxed you'll be able to chat perfectly fine, you are aware of what is happening with your body, and around you.

About this course
You will learn:
• Breathing exercises,
• Deep relaxations,
• Visualisations,
• Very effective work to release fear and build confidence,
• Comforting massage,
• How the father can be your powerful protector and support,
• How your body is designed to give birth with efficiency and comfort,
• Knowledge and information about the whole process,
• How ‘the system’ that you find yourself in works, and how to work with it to achieve the best result for you,
• A simple practice regime to support you at home,
• Understanding how the mind and body work together.
You will also watch a selection of HypnoBirthing films showing births in homes and in hospital environments.

I received my training at the Katherine Graves Institute. The course is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives as proof of the standard of training.
In preparation for the course I will send a welcome pack which includes;
• Confirmation of the course you booked,
• An enrolment form which needs to be completed, signed and returned before the course begins,
• An invoice with payment information,
• After payment is received the KG HypnoBirthing Course relaxation CD/MP3, Colour & Calmness so you can start practising right away to get most benefit of this KG Hypnobirthing course.
