About this course
Learners must have a good school report and 4 GCSEs at grades D (students with 4 or more GCSEs at grade C or above should consider applying for the two-year National Diploma for IT Practitioners course). Successful college interview. If you are 19 years of age or over, at the start of the course, the tuition fee of£495 per year is payable.

Two core units plus between four and six specialist units

Continuous assessment of learner work and assignments.
Cost / Equipment
A£35 (non-refundable) payment towards the cost of stationery and consumables.
Free tuition is available to those in receipt of certain means tested benefits or to their un-waged dependants. If you are not on benefits but find it difficult to pay any course related costs because of financial hardship.
