Course programme
The course will enable organisations to identify their outcomes, assess ways to measure them, discuss “off the shelf” outcomes monitoring tools and look beyond outcomes towards measuring Social Return on Investment (SROI).
With the belt tightening on funding being made available, measuring your outcomes will not only prove useful as a quality control tool, but will provide the evidence required by funders to prove the difference that your organisation makes to its clients.
