This highly interactive, intensive and challenging 5-day training course is planned for all those who need a thorough understanding of audit techniques, methods and skills in relation to the role of Lead Auditor. This course is registered both in the Environmental Management and Evaluation Institute (IEMA) and in the CQI and IRCA certified training.
This course meets the training requirements for people seeking to register with IEMA and / or the training audit scheme certified by CQI and IRCA. It is also important for any serious environmental professional, particularly those who have the primary responsibility for implementing and maintaining their environmental management system and managing an audit program for internal audits. Essential also for those who must regularly evaluate the performance of other companies (supplier, contractor and / or certification auditors, or those who must perform more demanding and extensive company audits (corporate auditing), and for those who seek to perfect their skills audit and environment at a professional level.
This course will help participants to perform value-added audits to understand the principles of good environmental management and develop their knowledge of environmental management standards. To allow you to take charge of an audit team. Course Objectives
