About this course

Progression will depend upon the learner’s individual needs. A behaviour and commitment evaluation will determine if the learner will progress within ILS - opportunities include progressing onto Work Skills or Life Skills courses (Entry 2), usually within the ILS department.

There are no formal entry requirements, however an informal interview will be held.
During the interview, an online initial assessment will be completed to assess literacy and numeracy skills suitability. Students' social and emotional needs will be discussed to ensure the course is suitable for learners' needs.
