ILM Introduction to Leadership
Content This one day course focuses on what influences leadership styles and behaviours in the workplace and the effect these have on individual and group behaviour. There will be an opportunity for participants to assess their own behaviours and to reflect on how they can enhance their leadership style to build trust and respect. This course is a Level 3 ILM unit and can be built up with other units into a First Line Management Award/ Certificate/Diploma. There will be an additional cost of ï¾£10 for ILM registration plus ï¾£16 for each ILM module if participants would like the opportunity to work towards this accredited qualification. This will also involve the need to prepare for an exercise which will be assessed either on the day or immediately after the course. Assessment Tresham Business Solutions certificate of attendance
