The programme is linked into the ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management, which is a national qualification for the individual and provides candidates with a fantastic platform for personal development. Attainment of this qualification is dependant upon successful submission of: 1200 word Work Based Assignment 2000 word Change Management Report Reflective Unit Reviews and completion of all workshops Delegates with the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management may be exempt from part of this programme. This will be determined on an individual basis.
