ILM Managing Performance
Content Managing performance is an essential part of a manager's role helping to ensure that the business goals are achieved. This half day course provides managers with the tools to improve the performance of their teams and encourage individuals to perform at their best. This course is a Level 3 ILM unit and can be built up with other units into a First Line Management Award/ Certificate/Diploma. There will be an additional cost of ï¾£10 for ILM registration plus ï¾£16 for each ILM module if participants would like the opportunity to work towards this accredited qualification.
