Implementing Storage Essentials Enterprise Edition Service & Support

This course is designed to provide training for the Storage Essentials Enterprise Edition (SE EE) storage resource management (SRM) software. This course begins by giving an overview of the product features, highlighting key differences with HP Storage Essentials Standard Edition. Next, there is an overview of the architecture upon which Storage Essentials is built and how HP Operations Manager is integrated. This is followed by an overview on how to install the software, discover all storage system resources and configure and setup the software. A description of unique Enterprise Edition base components and plug-ins is provided and finally an overview is given of the most common tools used for troubleshooting. Hands-on laboratories are included to correlate with the classroom materials.
