The independence and community skills study programme at City College Plymouth is for young people with severe learning difficulties or disabilities. It’s ideal for those who need to learn within a supported environment, and who want to develop their skills to prepare for community work. Our dedicated staff give a high level of support, allowing you to thrive in all aspects of College life and the wider community.
