If you want to learn a range of Indian food recipes then this is the class for you. All spices are included in the cost and before the course starts you will be given a list of ingredients to bring. You will make a main, rice, side and dessert. You will be carefully guided through every step by our expert cook.

Course programme

What will I study on the course?

You will learn how to cook different Indian food recipes. All spices and equipment is provided and you will take everything home to share with family and friends. Please bring an apron and you may want to bring your own knives if you prefer to use your own .

The menu for this session is

Main: Jalfrezi- can be Lamb or chicken, student's preference

Side Dish: Torri Methi- an aromatic Courgette curry

Condiment: Raita- mint yogurt

Sundries: Pilao- fried rice with peas

Dessert: Sheer Khorma- Vermicelli pudding

Additional information

The course runs on a Saturday morning 9.30-13:00 in the professional kitchens at our Ashington campus.
