Indian Head Massage

Ayruvedic head massage is based on a traditional form of champi (head massage) practiced in India.

The 2 day schedule is a comprehensive, in-depth course covering the lower and upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, head and face. Massage strokes, stretches, acupressure points, chakra balancing and relevant anatomy and physiology.

Start time is 9.45a.m. and finishes each day at 5pm. The Course fee includes your lunch, refreshments and full course notes. The course manuals outline the entire technique with step by step instruction and diagrams.

Demonstration and group pairing will enable the students to produce correct procedure. There will be sufficient time for questions and discussions both at the beginning and during the demonstrations on issues of health, benefit and massage. As I demonstrate the use of oils, it is advisable to bring along a towel to the course.
