Eyelash extensions are individual single strands which are adhered to your existing eyelash. Unlike traditional false lashes they are almost weightless, feel and look completely natural. They are permanent to that lash and last as long as the remaining lifetime of the natural eyelash the extension is adhered. Your natural lash has a 6-8 week life cycle.
This course is perfect for beginners or an industry professional wishing to add this treatment to their existing services. Using Lash FX products you will be taught how to select and apply a full set of lash extensions, how to provide infills and safe and effective lash removal.

Course programme
Procedures and techniques are demonstrated by the tutor, learners will then practice the techniques demonstrated on their model. Learners will be assessed on their practical techniques and by written assessment. The course is delivered in one day followed by a half day assessment on completion of six case studies.
Students will be able to offer an eyelash extension service to their clients. Students may wish to apply for any full or part time beauty course at Gower College Swansea.
No formal qualifications are needed, therefore this is suitable for beginners. Students must be at least 16 years of age. Students are required to work on each other and their model head.
