The purpose of this training is to provide new Relationship Managers with the skills required to confidently perform in their new roles with confidence. This course will give them a foundation and also give tips for improving interpersonal skills so as to best address the new targeted segment.
The new Risk Managers are to be exposed through role plays to some realistic situations that they may encounter.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to identify the main asset classes of investment and understand the rationale of asset allocation.
Specifically, you will understand the different investment rules for short-term trading and long-term investing, learn how to allocate the proper asset mix depending on the clients risk profile, and how to advise systematically depending on the investment horizon of the client.
With regard to the relationship with the client, you will learn how to apply the sales process in order to identify the client’s needs and build a strong portfolio. There will be instruction and case studies on building rapport and interpersonal communication skills in order to boost client motivation and confidence.

This course can be delivered in-house to a team of people.
