About this course
You must be aged over 19 and have lived in the EU for the past 3 years and currently be living in England. There is a short initial assessment to complete to ensure the course is the right level for you. If you are aged 19-24 you must already hold a full level 2 qualification.

Year 1
The course consist of the following five mandatory units:
Unit 1: Developing interaction skills for information advice or guidance
Unit 2: Information advice or guidance in practice
Unit 3: Managing information
Unit 4: Signposting and referral in information, advice or guidance
Unit 5: Information, advice or guidance work with groups.
This is a great course for those who are new to IAG or for those who have the experience but lack a formal qualification.
