o You will be able to study for the BA degree over a period of 3 years by completing 2 modules per term. Therefore, you are able to enjoy a well phased approach towards completing your degree studies.

COURSE CONTENT AND ASSESSMENT

The course contains eighteen modules with seventeen compulsory modules and one optional module. The assessments are exams and coursework based as shown below.

Students have to pass 18 modules to be awarded the BA. Business Studies with Honours (BA Hons.) but can be awarded an Ordinary degree (BA) if they pass 14 modules.

Each Module is marked out of 100 (%mark) with the pass mark being 40%.

When a student passes 18 subjects the Honours degree classification will depend upon the Grade Point Average (GPA) of modules studied at levels 5 and 6

Course Duration and structure

The course duration is 36 months of full-time study, with 3 possible start dates in January, April or October every year.

The 3 year (36 months) Course is divided into 9 terms and students study 2 modules per term for each of the nine terms.

From the list above the first 6 subjects are studied in year 1 and another 6in year 2 and the remaining 6 subjects are studied in year3
