Aimed at: This course will suit people with previous experience of IT who are looking to gain qualifications.

Additional Information: Learn to use Information Technology (IT) systems and applications independently to support a range of information processing activities:
develop a broad knowledge of the theoretical concepts, principles, boundaries and scope of IT applications; and
Learn to use software applications packages to meet complex information requirements while paying attention to security and the needs of other users.

Duration: up to 40 hours

Location: Bridge, Easterhouse, the Colleges East End campus library and learning centre and community-based Widening Access sessions
