2. Course description This course is aimed at anyone with an interest in how IT systems are used in a business environment in order to ensure efficiency and productivity. ICT systems are now a fundamental part of the business environment. This course aims to give learners an understanding of how ICT supports and enhances business activities and communications. This course is for learners that enjoy studying the use of ICT but in the context of working with people within organisations.
