An experienced project and operations manager with 16 years industry experience within both the Public and Private sectors, predominantly within the Telecommunications and IT industry. He switched to full time training in September 2006 specialising in PRINCE2 and ITIL having successfully delivered a broad range of courses across the globe.
After thirteen years in the IT industry working in sales and marketing for Rank Xerox, Atari and Esselte Letraset. Keith struck out on his own as a software broker building computer games for several major software companies. Computer games eventually gave way to training and for twelve years was the main training contractor for Nortel Networks delivering IT and management courses in the UK and internationally. Keith now specialises in project management training, primarily PRINCE2 and has delivered courses in Asia, China, Azerbaijan, Iran and the USA.
Paul spent 13 years as a manager within a large private Insurance company at Lloyds of London and is a founder Director of Insights since 1997. Paul has been delivering training courses in programme and project management, using his own energetic style, to public and private sector organizations for the last 12 years and applies his own pragmatic approach to explain programme and project environments.
