Inspired Training

History

Formed in 1995, Inspired Training have been delivering Inspired solutions to businesses across the UK to help them; Start, Grow and Develop their businesses. The founding partners Catherine Thomas and Mark Bailey both began their careers with Shell before setting up in business, initially as consultants focusing on the development of added value through improved employee training. Working with major UK PLC'ssuch as Rank Leisure and Norwich Union (now AVIVA) as well as smaller SME's and newly formed business they have been at the forefront of the use of Investors in People and IS0 Quality standands to develop world class skills programmes aimed at increasing employee retention, best practice ad the bottom line. After successfully rolling out these programmes in the mid 1990's they went on to gain accreditation from the Learning and Skills Council (now the Skills Funding Agency) becoming a key provider of funded training solutions through programmes such as Train to Gain and Business Leaders helping companies across a range of sectors throughout the UK to develop their buisinesses through funded employee development programme's, executive coaching and business planning assistance. As well as continuing to work with large and small companies throughout the UK in 2007 Inspired Training successfully sought and gaiuned accreditation from the Department of Innovation, Universities and Science to provide International Students from around the world with the benefit of working and training in the UK. We now offer highly skilled applicants the opportunity to train in the UK with some of the leading employers in their sectors while gaining world class qualififcations from the UK's leading awarding bodies.

Change management, quality improvement and compliance consulting is underpinned with sector experttise in the Insurance and finance sectors with an empasis on customer service improvements that add value to the bottom line. Vocational training sectors include SIA Security training, Health and Social Care and Safety, including IOSHH. We also have a dedicated NHS team that work with PCT's to deliver a range of training services specifically tasilored to meet their needs.
