Course objectives

The Universidad Pontificia Comillas, founded in 1890, is one of Spain's most prestigious private Jesuit universities. Located in the center of Madrid, the University offers easy access to shops, museums and parks.

There are over 10,000 students enrolled in the University's degree programs during the year. During the summer, in conjunction with the Institute of Modern Languages, Comillas International organizes Spanish Language and Culture modules for foreign university students.

Who is it intended for?

Undergraduate and postgraduate students from Spain or abroad who want to experience internationalization, studying the areas of knowledge covered in depth.

Requirements

This 60-hour module is designed for students who wish to enroll in an intensive course in Spanish before beginning their semester or yearly exchange program at Comillas in August. Students should ideally have an intermediate level of Spanish to register for the course. The objectives are to improve their language competence as well as to gain insight into Spanish culture.
