A good standard of education, ideally with GCSEs C/D and above or equivalentA patient, enthusiastic and understanding natureExcellent verbal skills and the ability to work on your own initiativeEmployment will be required

Course programme
Tutored sessions will include powerpoints, videos, tutor led group discussions and group work. There is a requirement of individual study, research and portfolio work. Some additional home study maybe required as may Witness testimonies from the workplace.
A wide range of qualifications are available for progression within the social care sector. Achievement of an Intermediate Apprenticeship at Level 2 could lead to an Advanced Apprenticeship at Level 3 with increased responsibilities as a Personal Assistant
