This course helps you develop more advanced techniques and designs than on the Level 1 course. It allows for individual creativity and independence to produce beautiful designs.
Entry requirements
You need one of the following:
Introductory Diploma in the related subject
You should also have a standard of English and maths equivalent to Functional Skills Level 1.
If you are a mature learner, we may be able to take into consideration your previous experience in your chosen subject. Applicants will be interviewed, will undertake an initial assessment in English and maths, and must present an example of current work.

Course Content: The course will cover: Design Sampling Contemporary Table Décor Traditional Free Standing Displays How will I be assessed? You will complete two practical units and two design units to gain the Level 2 Certificate. This includes assessment of several practical designs plus a portfolio. Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? You will be required to supply your own: Flowers, foliage and sundry items Writing materials Scissors Apron Secateurs What can I do after this course?
