Internal Auditor Course
Content A 2 day course to train and develop auditing skills and knowledge in the pursuit of business excellence. The course has a focus of managing and auditing systems as exemplified in ISO 19011 Who should attend? Persons involved with assessment of business processes to effect business improvement Learning objectives · Apply audit skills with regard to management systems. This includes environmental, quality and systems auditing · Understand the purpose and benefits of internal audit · Devise and maintain an audit programme · Plan and prepare for audits · Apply professional audit techniques for a variety of situations · Produce constructive audit reports · Initiate action to resolve deficiencies and verify the satisfactory completion of corrective action · Apply feedback techniques to improve business efficiency Assessment Formative advice and supportive assessment throughout both days, during group work and course exercises.
