On this programme, students will take four core courses, two optional courses and complete a substantial independent piece of work, normally in the form of a dissertation, on an accounting related theme. Teaching is through a combination of lectures, seminars and tutorials.

The Glasgow MAcc is a long-established programme, which has proved to be one of the most consistently popular and successful taught programmes delivered in this University. Students benefit from a careful blend of the latest course materials and the most recent research into areas such as international financial reporting, management accounting and control, and corporate financial management. The second semester courses offer choices such as ethics and auditing.
