Why study the Masters of International Commercial Law/CommerceThis dual Masters program allows students to integrate their commerce related disciplinary knowledge with the theory and practice of commercial law to develop an understanding of how the law shapes international commercial interactions of all kinds. In addition to their chosen field of study in commerce students are introduced to private law and public law and then study a range of commercially related law courses specifically developed for students interested in the world of commerce.

Program structure
The Masters of International Commercial Law/Commerce is made up of two course lists:
Course list for the Master of Commerce Course list for the Master of International Commercial Law
Each course is allocated a certain number of units (#). A standard full-time study load is 8 units per semester.
The Masters of International Commercial Law/Commerce has a single set of Program Rules, which explain what is required to complete the dual program. These requirements include the total number of units you need to complete in order to graduate.
If you decide to enrol in a dual program, you can use a Dual Degree Planner to help organise your studies.
To have your degree conferred, you also need to comply with UQ’s policies and rules.
