Why study the Master of International Commercial LawThe MICLaw is designed for students with a commercial background wishing to focus their studies on areas of law relevant to international commercial operations. The program is available to students who have an undergraduate degree in law and also students who have an undergraduate degree in business, commerce or economics.You will undertake compulsory courses introducing private law and public law and will then study a range of commercially related law courses carefully created and selected to be intelligible to non-lawyers while still of interest and benefit to lawyers. These courses cover specific areas of law relevant when operating in an international context. Courses in the program will be taught at an advanced graduate level allowing students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of international law and its function in the modern world.

Entry requirementsTo enrol in the program, a person must hold an approved degree in the same discipline, with a GPA of 4.5. Same discipline is defined as a degree in law; or a degree in business, commerce or economics.
