Commercial Law underpins the operation of all commercial deals. The finance contract enables mergers and acquisitions and debt financing. Complex contractual arrangements, conflicts of law and taxation all facilitate cross border transactions.

Our brand new LLM is distinctive because it brings the unique Warwick ‘law in context’ approach to the study of International Commercial Law. You will learn how law interacts with and supports or constrains large commercial deals, and how wider policy and ethical questions operate within the commercial context.

Course programme

Core Module:

The core module Legal Research & Writing Skills is designed to help you prepare for writing your dissertation and is taught across Term 1 and Term 2.

Optional Modules:
