Internship Opportunities

Industry-based internships are currently available only to students in the undergraduate program in International Hospitality and Tourism Management.

These internships provide opportunities to students to learn processes and practices in the real world. Students observe, learn and practice hospitality services in an American setting in:

  • Hotels, Resorts & Motels
  • Restaurants
  • Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs)
  • Chambers of Commerce
  • Local and Regional Tourism Promotion Agencies

Students who have been enrolled in the undergraduate program in International Hospitality and Tourism Management for at least two full semesters (Fall and Spring) and are registered for full time study, i.e. 12 credits during the semester of internship, are eligible to participate.
