About this course
Prepare for an international management career in any sector. This course is also ideal for graduates with a non-managerial background who’d like to enter the profession.
We develop international managers who can comfortably, confidently and effectively deal with counterparts from around the world.
Graduate destinations
92% of students from the Department of Business and Management were in work or further study six months after graduating. Recent University of Sussex Business School graduates have gone on to jobs including:

management graduate trainee, Lloyds Bank
business unit manager, Ministry of Planning and Development.
You should have a lower second-class (2.2) undergraduate honours degree or above (including an average mark of at least 57%).
