Ideal Candidate Profile:

- have less than 3 years’ experience
- hold a bachelor’s/undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and an English proficiency certificate such as IELTS (or equivalent) with a 6.5 overall score (this is relevant only if you are a non-native speaker)

The 12-month International Master in Environmental Sustainability & Circular Economy at POLIMI Graduate School of Management is designed in collaboration with industry partners. It focuses on imparting essential managerial skills for sustainability careers, emphasizing Energy Management and Circular Economy. The programme structure includes general and specialising content, with active learning formats such as online courses, lectures, videos, and teamwork. Dedicated modules enhance leadership and managerial skills, and the curriculum covers pillars like sustainable company management and environmental sustainability. The Career Development Center provide students with a self-assessment of their skills and an analysis of the job market, candidates will be supported in designing a customised career strategy and an effective action plan, to turn their career aspirations into achievable goals.
