This is simply a database made up of more than one table, where the information in one table can be related to another table in some way. In practical terms, it means that you only ever have to store detailed information about an item once in one table.

- Each delegate receives full course documentation and quick reference guides on completion of the course where necessary.
- As part of the company commitment to quality, all class sizes are restricted to a small group, which ensures a low delegate/teacher ratio.
- Training can be carried out at New Age Training Centre, or alternatively on the clients premises.
