This workshop aims to introduce attendees to the basics of CBT; A Brief History, How CBT works, Thinking Errors, Dysfunctional Assumptions and Core beliefs, and How Effective is CBT? By the end of the day, participants will have a good basic understanding of the theory of CBT, and will have practices some of the techniques used in CBT.
