One day workshop

Aim:

This course will explore verbal and non-verbal communication issues and enable physiotherapists to develop skills to encourage patients to discuss their problems within the therapeutic context.

This course will take a workshop approach in which course members will work together in different groups to practice skills and discuss the topic using real life issues in the workplace. The tutor will provide resource materials, focus discussion and summarise findings.
