Kinesiology uses Muscle Testing to investigate imbalances in the body. Practitioners look at 42 muscles which relate to the 14 meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The muscles can indicate problems and priorities in the body for correction.
Many people first meet Kinesiology to investigate food intolerances, but the therapy is much broader in scope than this. Corrections can be made structurally, biochemically, emotionally or energetically/electromagnetically. Usually imbalances require a combination of corrections and will be totally unique to the needs of the individual at that time.
Course Overview:
- The Triangle of Health
- An introduction to the 5 Elements
- How a muscle test works
- An introduction to muscle testing
- A quick look at the use of muscle testing for Food Intolerance
Participants are invited to bring along up to 5 samples of foods that they eat frequently to be tested on the day. Ideally this should be in the form it is usually consumed (eg cooked, or the type of bread or milk) since this can be significant. Collect the food over a week or so and store it in the refrigerator.
