• All courses must be paid for at the time of booking. All training is now at our new training academy.
• Courses may be cancelled at short notice if attendance is low. Refunds not given for non attendance of training.
• OUR HAIR COURSES ARE FOR QUALIFIED HAIRDRESSERS ONLY, OR IN SOME CASES HAIRDRESSERS IN CURRENT TRAINING ONLY.
• IF YOU HAVE BOOKED A COURSE AND WISH TO CANCEL IT, WE REQUIRE 3 WEEKS NOTICE FOR MATRIX COURSES WITH A GUEST ARTIST.
• BALMAIN COURSES NEED 7 DAYS NOTICE TO CANCEL.
