Anita Strevens
Dalcroze practitioner/teacher
Anita Strevens began her career as a professional cellist, and still plays as often as possible. She qualified in Dalcroze Eurhythmics in 1994 and provides learning and workshop opportunities to educators from different sectors. She teaches Eurhythmics at Trinity College of Music, on the String Time programme of Junior Trinity. She is Outreach Director for Pro Corda, focusing on teacher mentoring, early years and special educational needs. She also teaches on Pro Corda’s holiday courses for talented young string players.
