Delegates will receive an introduction to how social media can be integrated into an existing marketing plan to help develop business, grow sales and improve customer service. The course explains the business benefits of using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and helps delegates to understand what they need to consider before deciding to use social media and what impact a social media strategy can have on their business.

• Understanding the power and speed of this global communication platform
• Using it to get your business noticed/PR
• Twitter networking and ‘tweet ups’

• Why would I choose to use LinkedIn over another social media platform?
• Writing the perfect LinkedIn summary
• Making connections
• Recommendations/endorsements
