Course programme

Introduction

The course consists of a combination of lectures and supervised practice with the aim of developing the students’ knowledge and skill in the systematic interpretation of x-rays.

Course Content

  • Computerised radiology system interpretation
  • Plain film interpretation
  • Common abnormalities of the upper & lower limb

This course takes into consideration current legislation associated with the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations.
