Content This course is not bound to any vendor specific products. It covers a broad range of hardware and software. The Core Hardware Course covers;- Installation, configuration and upgrading, Diagnosing and troubleshooting, Preventative Maintenance, Motherboard, processors and memory, printers and basic networking. Operating System Technologies course covers:- OS fundamentals, Installation, configuration and upgrading, Diagnosing and troubleshooting and Networks. IPro means that whilst studying this course you will gain two recognised qualifications. It enables us to reduce the cost of the A+ on its own, to an affordable amount. You will also study the IPro units for customer service and installation and configuration - topics at the heart of A+ Units studied:- * Unit 1 - Customer * Unit 4 - Install and Configure * Unit 8 - A+ Assessment The A+ exams are published in a format for the computer desktop environment . To earn A+ certification you must pass both exams A+ Core Hardware and A+ Operating System Technologies. The allotted time limit is 90 minutes per exam.
